Amarah attended Edmonds Community College straight out of high school where she earnt student of the year honors and now sits on the advisory board for the culinary program. Her cooking career began working in a small catering operation before progressing into fine dining establishments in Seattle including; La Spiga Osteria and Agroducle for Maria Hines, where she worked her way up to the Sous Chef position. She then took a position at 99 Park in Bellevue, again moving into the Sous role before landing at Novelty Hill - Januik Winery. Amarah’s love for locally sourced and responsibly grown produce has driven her to inspire and educate her friends and family about the bounty available to us here in the Pacific Northwest.
