Group Cooking Class

Learn how to manage group issues, resolve conflict peacefully, and drive business growth accurately with our team-focused group cooking sessions. Please choose from our opulent menu, inclusive of such sensations as a day creating seafood dishes, learning how to manifest miraculous tapas, have a bar food party, or indulge in an Italian family-sized feast!

When you arrive at our cooking space, you will be shown to your stations and assigned a personal chef. Our highly skilled tutors will then guide you through the creation of your menu of choice. Each session lasts 2.5 hours, and we recommend this for groups of 7-25 people.

At the end of the group cooking class here at Urban Table Culinary Arts, you will be able to feast on the fruits of your labor! Everyone can kick, back, relax, and discuss how fantastic their baking is, and we won’t disagree!

  • Hongos al Jerez (sauté wild mushrooms with onion in butter,  vegan, GF)

  • Paella (clams, mussels, shrimp, chicken)​

Bar Food Party 

  • Potato Crips Duo with Cilantro and Sour Cream Dip (vegetarian)

  • Crab and Guacamole Toast (crab)

  • Smoked Salmon Crisps (salmon)

  • Caramelized Onion Dip (vegetarian option available, GF)​

  • Deviled Egg Spread (vegetarian, GF)

  • Mini Beef Burger (beef)

  • Mexican Style Shrimp Cocktail (shrimp)

Italian Family Feast 

  • Antipasto (cured meats, olives, mushrooms, various cheeses, peperoncini, and vegetables) *only available for groups over 12 people.

  • Panzanella Salad (vegan)

  • Pancetta Wrapped Pears with Basil and Balsamic (GF)

  • Bruschetta with Mozzarella and Basil and Tomatoes (vegetarian)

  • Pumpkin Risotto  (vegetarian)

  • Handmade Chicken and Spinach Ravioli with Pesto Sauce

  • The Classic Tiramisu (vegetarian)
