Michael Rosenow is a professional executive chef with over 30 years in the food and beverage industry. He fell in love with preparing food and nourishing others at a very early age and he has enjoyed an amazingly creative career working in elegant French bistros, boutique hotels, butcher shops, retirement communities, and a variety of international restaurants.
He has mastered many food styles over the years and has a special expertise in coastal Mexican and upscale comfort food. His knife skills, plate design, safety and wine pairing will surely inspire your inner chef!
