About the space
This 1250 sq. Ft. Modern flex offers the open concept space which is perfect for any group activities.
What events can I host?
Team building, bridal showers, bachelorette party, private dinners, birthday parties, workshops, cooperate events, holiday parties and other group activates.
What’s the location?
The space is located right in the center of the totem lake neighborhood at Kirkland. It's right off freeway 405 exit 20. Public transportation is also easily accessible.
What’s in the space?
The studio features two restrooms, a full kitchen with 2 dishwashers, two 84 in x 30 and two 60 in x 30 in open islands two a dining table with 12 seats. Additional 16 bar stools are available for use. The space comfortably fits 20 to 50 people (with some standing). Additional chairs and tables may be requested in advance, and fee applies.
How to park?
Plenty parking spaces are available right in front of urban table, and more available in the back.
Do you allow outside catering service?
Guests are welcome to arrange their own catering, or we could offer the service in house.

What is your pricing?
Hourly rate is $100 with a minimum of 3 hours booking. We offer 10% discount over 8 hours booking.

Can I visit Urban Table before booking?
Of course! We'd love to tour you around Urban Table before you make decision. Please fill out the inquiry sheet below and our staff will contact you.
What to expect after booking and before the event?
We will send you a detailed space manual once the booking is confirmed with all the information you need to utilize urban table.
Is a cleaning service provided?
You are only responsible to take with you whatever you bring to the studio, for example, food/decorations/drinks. All trash and recycling should be taken with you at the end of the booking. The included cleaning is we will wipe down everything, vacuum and mop. Extra cleaning fees only apply if there is excessive trash left on the floors, tables, furniture, food/drinks spilled on equipment and staff is not notified. We understand accidents happen, just let us know and we are happy to take care of things.
What is your cancellation policy?
21 days or more from your scheduled event: no charge/penalty to reschedule or cancel your event.
7-21 days from your scheduled event: there will be a $100.00 (plus credit card convenience fee of 3%) rescheduling or cancellation fee applied to the credit card we have on file at booking.
Within 7 days of your event:
If cancelled: full balance of your scheduled event will be applied to the credit card we have on file at booking (plus credit convenience fee of 3%).
If rescheduled: there will be a $200.00 rescheduling fee (plus credit card convenience fee of 3%) applied to the credit card we have on file at booking. This fee is in addition to your event balance due on your rescheduled event date.
*this policy applies to all The La Kitchen, LLC rescheduled and cancelled events due to illness, weather, unplanned circumstances, etc. That result in the inability to attend at scheduled event time.
Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Remember to include the time to set up and close during your booking hours.
All items brought into Urban Table must be removed. Any damages found on the wall, floor, and doors will be charged to the credit card on file.
Please return furniture to original position.
No smoking or vaping allowed.
All artwork is for sale and cannot be moved.
Banquet permits are accepted if you’d like to bring your own food or caterer. You must apply for the permit at http://lcb.wa.gov/licensing/online-banquet-permit (easy 5-minute application for $10)
