Primal Chef is proud to announce our next cooking class featuring a fully KETO and PALEO menu at Urban Table! Students will spend nearly 3 hours learning how to prepare a wide variety of dishes that are compliant with these dietary protocols. This is not just a cooking class, but an investment in your health!
At the end, everyone gets to indulge in all of the creations. We provide take-out boxes so if there are leftovers, you can bring them home with you. This class is FULLY hands-on meaning you will be on your feet cooking with instructor supervision the entire time.
Entire menu is 100% grain & gluten free, dairy free, soy free, Paleo, and Keto. Menu is subject to last minute changes based on attendance and ingredient availability.
Cauliflower Fried Rice
Cauliflower fried “rice” mixed with onion, carrot, celery, garlic, ginger, scallion, coconut aminos
Cauliflower Bread Bar
Bread baked out of cauliflower and almond flour. Topped with choice of salmon salad and deviled egg salad. Served with cucumber salad
Pulled pork with fennel and apple, and pesto sauce. Served over zucchini noodles.
Lamb Curry Plate
Lamb pressure cooked and tossed in a coconut milk curry reduction with roasted broccolini, tahini sauce, and coconut yogurt tzatziki, greek salad.
Seared steak mixed with peppers, onions, cilantro, and lime, guacamole, pico de gallo, and salsa verde.
Roasted Brussel Sprouts
With crispy bacon and balsamic vinegar

Chef Gil is a graduate of Seattle Culinary Academy and has worked with private clients ranging from busy families to business executives and Hollywood producers. He has also worked in several notable restaurants in Seattle such as the original Paseo Caribbean Restaurant and the more recent Un Bien Caribbean Restaurant.
Chef Gil is the former Executive Chef at Dave Asprey's 40 Years of Zen. He has also served as head chef for high net-worth private family households, managing their kitchens and other chefs. He is a Certified Nutritional Therapist, holds a Bachelor's degree from University of Washington, and is proficient in kitchen conversational Spanish.
Chef Gil specializes in catering toward people interested in the Paleo, Keto, Whole 30, and Bulletproof diets, as well as those who are gluten-free, have dietary restrictions, or just want to eat healthy. While based in Seattle, Chef Gil has worked as far east as the Hamptons, New York and can be available for travel worldwide.
