Chef Yvonne Marquez

Chef Yvonne is from Southern California and has worked for 20 years in California as baker, pastry chef and catering chef in some starred hotels including W Hotel, The Tides Inn & Suites. Chef Yvonne immersed in Southern California cuisine since a child, the cooking focuses on using locally fresh ingredients including vegetables and seafood, and cooperates various cuisine such as Mexican, Asian, Latino and others. Chef Yvonne is so excited to join Urban Table and cannot wait to share her experienced and delicious cooking journey with all of you.
